CC2540 is an ultra low power consumption real system single chip,It integrates a microcontroller, host and application on a single component.

The CC2540 combines an excellent RF transmitter receiver with an industry-standard, enhanced 8051 microcontroller.It includes connections to the analogy and the perimeter of the digital sensor.Built-in programmable flash memory, accurate wireless RF signal strength indication, full-speed USB 2.0 interface, built-in AES-128 encryption engine.

The CC2540 allows rugged master or slave nodes to be built at a low cost. It has low sleep mode power consumption and short transition times between different operating modes, making it ideal for systems that require ultra-low power consumption.

The CC2540 is available in two versions: CC2540F128/ F256, each with 128KB and 256 KB flash memory in a 40-pin 6mm x 6mm QFN package.

The integration of low-power Bluetooth protocol stacks makes the CC2540F128/F256 the most flexible and cost-effective single-mode low-power Bluetooth solution on the market.
