ESP32-PICO-D4 is an ESP32-based system-in-package (SiP) module that provides full Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities.The module's external dimensions are only (7.000±0.100) mm × (7.000±0.100) mm × (0.940±0.100) mm, which minimizes the overall PCB area.4 MB Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) flash has been integrated.The core of ESP32-PICO-D4 is the ESP32 chip.ESP32 is a single-chip solution that integrates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dual mode.The TSMC ultra-low power 40nm process is used.ESP32-PICO-D4 module seamlessly integrates all peripheral components such as crystal, flash, filter capacitor, and RF matching link into the package, eliminating the need for peripheral components to operate.At this point, the module soldering and testing process can be avoided because no external components are required, so the ESP32-PICO-D4 can greatly reduce the complexity of the supply chain and improve control efficiency.
