NRF51822-QFAC

The NRF51822 is an ultra-low power 2.4 GHz wireless system chip (SoC) that integrates the nRF51 2.4 Series GHz transceiver with a 32-bit ARM. M0 CPU, flash, analog and digital peripherals. The nRF51822 can support Bluetooth low energy and a range of proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols, such as Gazell from Nordic Semiconductor. Implementation of the fully qualified Bluetooth low energy stack nRF51822 SoftDevices S100 series.
